and it's all the mornings we missed for sleep as the sun glides over our apartment.
every day i ask myself what i'm doing. i have no idea. i feel like i always have so much to do but never do anything of importance. i'd rather lay in bed. i'd rather waste all the gas in my car. i'd rather get kicked out of class rather than withdrawl. i'd rather ruin my knees than sit out of dance. i'd rather skip class than do my homework. i'd rather spend every night with him than sleep in my own bed. it's all relative. but it's not.
as much as i hate the winter i really haven't noticed the cold that much this year. i notice it when it's bitter and hurts, but otherwise i don't give a shit. i do wish it was spring already though. not summer yet, spring. because i want to enjoy the warmth and i want it to last. i can't wait to see the ocean again, and listen to minus the bear while driving twenty over the speed limit down the parkway and lay in the sand and soak up sun and stay out late and wear sundresses. i really do hate the winter.
WHATEVER.
"you should climb down off your rugged cross and lay with me."
