i had known brenda since she was probably five years old, such a beautiful little girl. she grew up with my brother, two years younger than me. she just graduated high school on june 18th. she passed away on june 26th. granted, i was not close to her, i am still incredibly shaken up. this has hit very close to home, for all of us really. there is a memorial set up on rt. 22 going west, and not one day will go by that someone from our town doesn't see it. her family and friends have to deal with this now, something so shocking and heartbreaking.
